Asana workflow activate by specific task name/email subject

As of now I can only see the ability to create workflows that affect every single task that comes into a specific section of the project. I wanted to see if it was possible to have the workflow not act on every single new task but to only act on tasks with specific names(If name = etc do=etc)

I would like to add a custom rule when a specific word is added to a - Task. For instance, if “X” added to task name/ task title - move to certain section.

You can look into Flowsana though to be able achieve this

FYI this capability in available in our Flowsana integration - it has the rule condition, “If a task contains the word or phrase ____”.
