i purchased asana subscription for a year. Immediately in the same day realised that the subscription was made to a personal workspace instead of a organisation workspace.
I immediately raised a ticket to asana support as the au chat was not helpful at all. However despite being raised for 5 days I did not get any response from support. I raised a second ticket and the same situation.
Does asana not provide any support? How can I move the subscription from personal workspace to Organization workspace?
