Asana rules & Teams - doesn't seem to want to authenticate

A user of ours mentioned that a warning came up when one of their rules, ran (Task is moved to a section → send channel message) and saying she needed to authenticate to Teams again. After going through the process, it takes her to ALLOW or DENY Asana for Teams and if we hit ALLOW, it doesnt want to work and keeps failing. We’ve update/reinstalled Teams, reinstalled the Asana for Windows app, yet nothing seems to want to work. All other rules are fine though so seems to be something directly with Teams & Asana app.

-And another issue now. we got a screen that said “Need admin approval. Asana needs permission to access resources in your organization that only an admin can grant. please ask an admin to grant permission to this app before you can use it.” SO I entered my admin credentials and allowed the used access. NOW we cant recreate the rule because it doesnt show their projects, they show my admin accounts projects only. How do I get it to show theirs again?

Didn’t get to add pictures but here’s the warning
