Thanks Vanessa! Great stuff in this release.

I think there is a small typo in the summary, I believe this feature should be for advanced and above. I’m on starter and got excited for a minute

Oh YAY! This is awesome! Love reading about new things to look forward to in Asana.

We have the Business (Advanced) and I cannot edit access permissions to my custom fields - it says I need to upgrade to Enterprise.

Welcome, @Cindy4,

Yes, I believe that’s an Enterprise feature.

Note that I don’t think that’s one of the features mentioned in this update, but maybe you’re assuming it was?

Thanks,

Larry

Hi @Cindy4 , I think you will find that you can manage access permissions to who can manage the field, such as field admins, editors or users.

The yellow ribbon that is noting that you need to upgrade to Enterprise, is actually just referring to being able to make the field private from other users.

This warning ribbon throws a lot of people off, thinking that the whole modal is for Enterprise, whereas it’s just the privacy button.

Hi @Keith_R, sorry for the delay! I’ve updated the tier in our Forum post and submitted a request to our Content team to update it in the original source, the Help Center Release Notes. Thanks for flagging this!
