I have been trying to integrate a specific Asana project into a Team on Microsoft Teams using a Mac and it doesn’t load. It asks me to enter my asana credentials, after I added a tab with the project link, after I enter my credentials, it goes back to the login page. I have the asana app integrated with My MS Teams and it works great, but adding a specific project to a tab inside a Team doesn’t work. Other co worker that has a PC has no issues loading the specific project tab, he can see it and work directly on it form Teams, but I can’t with my Mac.
Any ideas on how to resolve this?
Sorry you are experiencing such difficulty. I work from a Mac and I have no issues integrating a project. I just did this earlier this week and all worked.
There was time last year when I had a similar issue. The problem was with company’s IT set up that caused issues at the back end. Try there first - they might need to reapprove the app and that might resolve the issue.
