Asana pop up says 'Asana needs to be reloaded". When I click “Reload” the page reloads, but then the pop up comes back.

Hey Guys, I’ve tried everything suggested here:

Asana constantly asks me to reload

Briefly describe (1-2 sentences) the Bug you’re experiencing: Asana pop up says 'Asana needs to be reloaded". When I click “Reload” the page reloads, but then the pop up comes back, it needs to reload again, and the cycle continues. I have reloaded about 10 times, logged out and back in, cleared cache, nothing works. Meanwhile, comments will not be posted, I cannot work on the page if I dismiss the pop up. I’ve noticed it doesn’t happen when a comment is made, only happens when I try to upload a document…it does the upload, the blue bar goes towards the right…all the way to the end, then the pop up comes…when I reload there is no document uploaded.

I changed internet connection from home internet to mobile and same…have been using the app for Mac…tried using the internet site version same thing…help!
