I am currently experiencing a bug that Asana always forces me to reload the page. When I enter Asana, Asana takes lot of time to load the page details. After about 3~4 minutes, there is a pop-up (kindly refer to the picture below.) and I have to reload Asana page. My team cannot work due to a bug like this.

Page reloading messages have been happening to me too. Roughly 2-3 times per day. What is frustrating is I’m in the desktop app, it tells me to reload, which then sends me to the browser to log in and then I have to go back to the desktop app manually. Thanks for bringing this up.

If you are using the Desktop app, could you please try uninstalling and reinstalling the app? This will automatically install the latest version of the app and solve any bugs: asana.com/download

When I struggled with the bug at the first time, I tried to follow all recommendations exactly like yours. However, the bug still stayed the same. I also reinstall the desktop version of Asana as well, but the issue persisted (please refer to the picture below for the issue on desktop version).

For what its worth, I was experiencing this for a while. I noticed that I was leaving Asana open 24/7 as I don’t often turn off my PC but once I started closing the program and shutting down the computer at night the problem stopped rearing its ugly head.

All of the members in my organization is facing this issue; it has persisted from last Friday until now. We’ve never struggled with Asana like this time. I often restart my laptop every morning and also try many ways to resolve this issue. However, it still stays the same. Now, I must call for help from Asana Support Team and wait for them digging into this issue further.
