I have set up a connector from Asana to various channels in Teams. Everything appears to be working. When I go through the process in Teams, my Asana projects show up. After I finish the connection process, a message shows up in the Teams channel, noting that I have set up a connection and that group members will be notified when tasks are created, completed, or commented on in Asana. But then nothing happens. I’ve had several of these connections in place for months, during which time we have definitely created and completed tasks in the associated Asana project. But no messages show up from Teams in Asana.
We are having the same exact issue, Asana is connected in Teams but no notifications. Did you ever find a solution? Moving to Teams from Slack, notifications in Slack work without issue.
Same problem except it is intermittent. It worked 3 times over the last 2 weeks. We cannot figure out why it worked the 3 times where notifications from Asasna arrived into the Teams channel. Too bad we cannot get this to work like with Slack.
