Asana Nonprofits User Seats

Hi everyone,

We are a UK registered charity/nonprofit organization that builds homes for forcibly displaced people who have lost their homes due to natural disasters or violent conflict, and were considering upgrading to Asana Premium. We are eligible for the Asana Nonprofit discount. I’d really appreciate any help with these two questions:

  1. TechSoup charges GBP 55 as admin fees to nonprofits to allow them to access the Asana discount. Is there some way for us to not have to go through that?
  2. The TechSoup page mentions that “you will be able to access as many subscriptions as you require, in batches of 2 from Asana”. I wanted to confirm if this is accurate and that we can get subscriptions in batches of 2 users, instead of 5 users. We only need 12 seats for our organization, so having to pay for 15 would add quite a bit of unnecessary overhead expense.

Hi @Rebecca_McGrath - IIUC the second one seems to be related to Asana. I’d appreciate any help with that.

Thanks for following up, @Madhav. We offer subscription of 2, 3, 4 or 5 seats and after this we increase seats in groups of 5. After 30 seats, our tiers increase in groups of 10.

I have passed on the feedback regarding the information in Techsoups conditions.
