⚖ Asana Law Firm /Legal Tech/Legal Service Providers Use Cases

Hi Eli, I have recently set up a new law firm in HCMC, Vietnam (almost brand new, no website yet but a lot of client work) and we are testing out Asana. So far, I think it is great. I would love to joining the webinar together with my partner.

Hello everyone!

Well, first, let me apologize, the “asana for lawyers webinar” has posed a challenge to prepare, considering 95% of the info in my asana is privileged legal info. Therefore, I’d have to make “dummy” projects /teams etc, which ended up looking unnatural and uninformative.

I’d like to share a high level look at my firm’s tech stack, including a Canva presentation that walks through my core Asana-Zapier-Clio integrations, other automations, and lists my entire tech stack including the pricing.

If anyone has a creative solution for sharing my Asana without having to create a whole dummy set of projects, please speak up!

What are you hoping to get from the webinar? What do you want to see about my Asana? Which of the below would be the most useful?

Some ideas I had for specific topics:

  1. Taxonomy of how the teams/projects are arranged
  2. Bring forward system / critical date tracking
  3. Examples of individual projects with sections/tasks
  4. Rules/Automations
  5. Storing static data
  6. Tags/custom field usage

Perhaps I can start chipping away at some answers until this webinar materializes…

I read this article today. Is it helpful to you?
Leroy Merlin gets smart about collaboration as its legal team goes deep with Asana • Asana

We’ve used Asana across multiple departments and it’s been great for task tracking and cross-functional collaboration. Pros: clean interface, easy to assign tasks and track progress. Cons: can get overwhelming without clear workflows. Works best when everyone adopts it consistently.
