We have our project intake process in an Asana form that then when the submission task is added to the project creates a card in Jira for that request as well. Today alone I’ve needed to fix the integration 3 times because it keeps breaking where the Asana workflow stops associating the cards to Jira but it does actually create the card 5 or 6 times in Jira just doesn’t connect to any of them. I’m guessing from looking at the Asana submissions it has something to do with the attachments coming through the Asana form, but I can’t find anything in the documentation about limitations with the attachments for this integration.
