Additionally, the API responds that the project ID is not a recognized ID:

Just moved your report in a separate thread to make it easier to follow up on your issue. In order to help me identify the issue, could you please answer the follow-up questions?

  1. Is this happening with every page you’re trying to load or does it only affect specific project/tasks?
  2. Are your colleague aftected too?
  3. Are you able to reproduce with a Chrome incognito window=,
  4. Are you able to reproduce with another browser?
  5. Could you run this test and let me know what the results are?

  1. This does not happen for every page. It happens specifically for
    Log in - Asana
    It also happens for some other projects I’m not normally a member of after I join that project.
  2. My colleagues are also affected.
  3. Yes, this also happens when I paste the url into a Chrome incognito window and log in.
  4. Yes, this also happens in Firefox, Edge, and Internet Explorer.
  5. The websockets test is successful.
