Asana is not working its just loading and loading

I have tried to login asana on app.asana.com on my google chrome browser it was working perfectly fine till yesterday but today suddenly it has stopped working and its just loading and loading only. i have attached the screenshot below. Please check whats the issue and update me.

Have been using all day so no issues that I have seen.
You can check this website out https://status.asana.com/
Which gives you a view if there is any Asana wide issues.

@Emily_Roman the connectivity test result i am getting is this given below. can you tell is there a problem with result?

Hi all, thanks for reporting this and I’m sorry to hear the issue persists.

The error you are seeing on the connectivity test page suggests that you are not currently able to use websockets to connect to Asana. Websockets are a very common form of connection protocol that are necessary in order to use Asana.

The most common reason we see for websockets not working is security software that may exist on your network or machine - particularly SSL inspection software, or web proxies. These kinds of software don’t block websockets - but they can close the connections early, and they must remain open in order for you to use Asana.

We offer few solutions in this article . For example, you may also need to update your anti-virus or firewall to the latest version to ensure that it’s not blocking your connection.

If the issue persists, I recommend you to contact our Support Team and send them the URL of this thread so you don’t need to repeat everything again.
