Asana integration with Microsoft Teams

Hi! I’ve been working on setting up a rule in Asana to send a reminder message to the assignee once a task is overdue by a week. Two questions I have:

  1. Is it possible to have it just send the reminder to the the assignee? Right now, in order to individually message the assignee in Teams, I’m segmenting each team member manually as “otherwise if” contingencies. Just wanted to know if there was an easier way.
  2. When I have tested this rule, the Asana bot send the reminder message to the person in teams, but so far its been sending at midnight. I was wondering if there was a way to have it send at say 9am instead?

Thanks for any insights!

I’ve not worked with it yet, myself, but this update on scheduling rules might help with your midnight reminders issue:

I’ll look into this, thank you!
