I am writing to share my feedback regarding the recent UI changes and the overall direction of the platform. Removing the background colors and customization options has made the interface feel very cold, clinical, and tiring for the eyes.
More importantly, it highlights a bigger issue: Asana is starting to feel overwhelming. With features like Goals, reporting, and constant administrative tracking, it often feels like I am spending more time managing the tool itself rather than getting actual work done. Tools should simplify our day, not add extra visual and mental clutter.
Please consider bringing back the background customization to give us back some visual comfort, and keep focus on making the tool lightweight and user-friendly, rather than overly complex.
Hi @Skyline_Plus_Team , welcome to the forum and thanks for the candid feedback. Indeed the tool is getting conplex and keeping it lightweight is certainly a challenge for the fine people building Asana.
