Asana for Outlook ad on issues

Briefly describe (1-2 sentences) the Bug you’re experiencing: I can’t get past the login/sign up screen when I click the asana icon in Outlook to create a task from an email. Whether I click Create Task or Open Asana from the icon on my email a login/sign up screen shows. I am logged into Asana in the same browser and I even made a new asana account with the email address I use for work, rather than use my old asana account which was made with a different email. Nothing seems to work.

Could you try logging into your outlook account from another browser (Firefox maybe) and let us know if the issue persists?

Apologies, I just realised you mention this happening with all browsers.

Could you try logging out of both Outlook and Asana? Then log into Outlook, and log into Asana using the same email than your outlook account.

Yes it still persists
