I have been experiencing issues with the asana extension in my illustrator window freezing and ultimately making my workflow much slower.
I used to be able to easily open tasks, add layouts as png’s straight into the tasks, all the fun stuff. Now it seems like when I open my illustrator i can basically depend on the extension essentially being a list I ant use or scroll… ultimately useless
Clicking on enough tasks to trigger the window to finally bring up a prompt, it reads “Could not read the file because the plug-in could not understand this file”
I’m working off of a brand new MacbookPro, but these problems have been an ongoing issue for about two months now
I really enjoy the product when it works properly, hopefully it gets fixed soon, otherwise I’ll have to switch to Monday or another task platform…
