Asana desktop app has stopped working on Win 7 PC

Hello!
A few days ago I have noticed that Asana desktop app has stopped to open correctly on my Win 7 PC.

It displays error with text: “Entrance point in procedure GetPackageFamilyName was not found in library DLL KERNEL32.dll” and doesn’t open.

I noticed that Asana desktop app have recently updated to the version 1.13.0 , could this fact be related to this issue?

Hi @А_Б and @Денис_Порхунов, welcome to our Community Forum. Unfortunately Microsoft has dropped support for Windows 7 and 8.1, making Asana unavailable for these versions. Apologies for any inconvenience!
