Was this issue ever resolved by Zapier or Asana? Custom Field Issue Asana to Zapier
I am having the same issue. I am trying to use custom fields in Asana as inputs to my Zap, but when I go to select the information it should pull from the custom field, it appears all lumped together in one option. I need to access each individual custom field. This issue makes this integration stuff pretty nearly impossible to navigate.

This issue was resolved. First make sure you are using the newest connection app. Then I type into the little box the name of the field I want. That gets me the GID. Then I clear the little box and type in the last 4 digits of the GID with that I put what I want —display value, text value, enum value, etc. click on whichever one is the right one for you and you are set!

Hi @Alex_Kimball , you need to add a step right after step 1, to find task by ID. In that step 2, input the GID of the task that gets triggered in step 1. Now, step 2 will supply all your custom fields in an array so you can use in later steps.
