Hi Asana product team, I just introduced Asana capacity planning tool to my engineering team. I did not get god response at all, looks like feature was released in hurry without thinking about User experience. In my project portfolio I have 80+ projects and want to track the capacity at portfolio level. Gaps identified in the Asana Capacity planning -
1- Project name field could not be expanded (like in portfolio management)
2- Column level sorting is missing
3- Filter capability is not excluding not inclusive
4- Integration with projects is missing
5- Export of the capacity plan is missing
6- Capacity numbers’ roll up is missing
7- Actual vs. planned capacity field should be added
8- I should be able to track the capacity at team level, means many to many relationship between projects and teams.
When are you planning to make this feature better?

For Asana to be able to prioritise please make one request per feedback topic.
Before you make a request please check if there isn’t already an existing topic where you can add your vote and voice (like this one for example: Export Workload directly to Google Sheets).
This helps to cluster the feedback rather than have the it scattered across the forum.
Finally, it is still up to Asana to decide if they want to implement feedback. So really helps if you can elaborate on why this feature is needed. This also helps for others to chime in and suggest workarounds or third party solutions. This in turn helps future forum visitors when they are looking to solve a similar issue.
