Asana Advanced Plan Renewal - Issues with number of guest limited to 15

Hi,
We renew our Advanced plan paying with Credit Card and to avoid the suspension of the usage of the platform we activated the trial period.

Right now we have left 13 days of the trial and we are experiencing the problem that our guest users can’t not acces some projects and interact with the tasks that are asigned.

The message is this: “As user that doesn’t have a paid plan, can only collaborate with teams up to 15 users.”

Have some one experienced this, we assume is because it is a trial period.

Hello @Luis_Carlos_Hurtado - Welcome back to our community forum!

In my experience, all guests should have access to the paid features. I do not believe that the trial would interrupt that. With that being said, I would highly encourage you to reach out to our support team for further clarification!
