Asana Add-in for Outlook Desktop Version

I have added the Asana add-in for outlook and it seems to work well in the Microsoft 365 web version, but in the desktop version when I click on the icon in on the top right of the screen to create a task it opens the side pane but it stays gray and no fields are displayed to send info to Asana. Anyone else have this problem and know a fix for it?

Thanks, but not too much help here, just someone experiencing the same problem but no resolution. I have contacted the support team and they got back to me asking about versions of OS and outlook that I am using. Hopefully we can get somewhere
