Are changes made to tasks on the "My Tasks" board public?

I just noticed now that it’s visible (at least for me) on the task if I move the task from one column to another on “My Tasks” board

Is this message can be seen by everyone who can see that task or just me?
Not a big deal, but I use My Tasks to manage my own stuff so didn’t expect it to be public

Task stories (history of any changes) are visible to those who have access to the task
