Apple notes app to Asana

Hi all,

A team member uses the Apple notes app for a running to-do list.
Looking to help them migrate to Asana as the rest of the team is in there.

Any ideas to move items from the Apple notes list into Asana tasks on an automated, regular basis?

I believe a lot of people love the functionality of writing a ‘quick note’ to themselves when they remember something important.

Sometimes creating an Asana task within the app is ‘a few extra clicks’.
I’m wondering whether there’s another app integration that could be used to send these quick notes to Asana and create a task.

Eg. at the moment a few options:

  • Email the note to your own Asana email for it to appear in My Tasks
  • Send the note to someone else in Microsoft teams (you cannot automate a task within Asana in your personal Teams chat)

After a few more suggestions of alternative ways to automate task creation from other sources ^^. Thanks!
