App not showing projects

My desktop app is not showing my projects. I can see the projects on the mobile app. How can I fix this.

Hi Karesa,

Sometimes the Desktop truncates the projects list. There should be a small ‘show more’ that you can click on to expand the list.

Also, if you have created a second workspace, make sure you are in the correct workspace to find the projects that you are looking for.

I agree with @Katie_Reynolds, this usually happens when users are logged into a different space on their mobile. Here how you can switch between space:

I am having the same issue. I have a Note 9 Android, it is not working properly. How long does it usually take to sync? I tried to login and log out of the app and it deleted all my tasks. So I am afraid to do that again. I am a new user and only have one profile so the explanation does not apply to me. Please assist.
