Our company has a lot of mobile users and recently decided to give most of them a paid company Android phone managed by the MAAS360 app.
What we’ve discovered is that anyone using an Android device managed by MAAS360 has issues with Asana. Anything they post, tag, comment, mark complete, or otherwise “do” just doesn’t get uploaded to the company’s Asana at all. Meaning, nothing they do ever gets seen by anyone else.
My own phone is NOT managed by MAAS360, and I use it daily very heavily with Asana and I have no problems at all. I’m on the same Asana company as all our other MAAS360 users, and they are all still using the same logins they used on their previous (personal) phones.
I’m suspect (but cannot say for sure) that the issue has something more to do with MAAS360 and our HR dept is in charge of managing this app, but they cannot find the solution, and I’m hoping someone here has encountered something like this and can point me in the right direction.
