Hello!
My boss is having a hard time logging into her new Asana app, and as someone who hasn’t had a problem with this in the past and isn’t super tech-savvy, I’m hoping one of you can help us!
I started my Asana account and sent her an invite - she downloaded the mobile app and tried to login but an error message comes up saying somehting like “Data could not be read because network…” I don’t know that last part.
She’s tried deleting the app and re-installing but the same thing happens.
Any tips?
Thanks in advance!
Hello @Breanna_Remak, welcome to the forum!
If your boss is on a company or office network, there may be firewall restrictions. Connecting to a different Wi-Fi network or using mobile data might help.
I would also have her try logging into Asana via a web browser. If she can log in there, the issue may be app-specific, and you may have to Contact Support.
Best,
Jeremy

Hi Jeremy,
I am facing the same issue with our new employees. Could you please point me towards resources concerning the firewall restrictions, so I can eliminate those issues from our network?
Greetings,
Kilian
Hi @Kilian_Prevaes, welcome to the forum!
Your network firewall or proxy should allow access to the following domains:
*.asana.com
*.sync.app.asana.com
*.app.asana.com
*.asanaops.net
*.sentry.io
(for error reporting)
I think that is all of them
If you have an IT department, you may want someone from there to reach out to Support directly.
