Briefly describe (1-2 sentences) the Bug you’re experiencing:
Steps to reproduce:
Create a task
In the task, create a subtask
Give it a name
Give it an assignee
Give it a due date, and press Done.
The subtask no longer has a due date.
If you reverse the order of step 4 and 5, i.e. give a due date first, and then an assignee, the due date works.

Hi @Robin_Pham, welcome to our Community Forum, and sorry for the trouble. I couldn’t replicate this on my end, even though I’ve followed all the steps provided. Can you kindly confirm if you’ve tried to reinstall the app? If the issue persists even after reinstalling it, can you share your device details?

Briefly describe (1-2 sentences) the Bug you’re experiencing: When i create a subtask in Android, I give it a name, an assignee, and a due date. The due date opens up a calendar that lets you select a date, and has a button that says Done. When I hit Done on the due date calendar, the task is created with the name and assignee but the due date dissapears, and I have to set the due date again after the task has been created for it to persist.
Steps to reproduce:
Go to a task on Android. Create a subtask, giving it a name, assignee, and due date. Hit Done on the due date calendar dialog. Due date is not present on the created task

Hi @Ruth_Wong, welcome to our Community and sorry for the trouble. I’ve been now able to replicate this behavior on my end, so I’ve escalated the report to our Mobile team for investigation. I’ll let you know once I have any updates. Thank you!

Hi @Dave_D_Amico, welcome to our Community Forum. This seems to be in fact a different issue. I’d recommend reinstalling the apps to check if the syncing issues are corrected. Also, I’d test if the mobile app is syncing with the web browser. If the issue persists, we can move this to a new topic to work on it separately.
