Can you confirm your Asana app version and your Android OS version please? In the meantime, please try uninstalling and reinstalling your Asana app as this usually solve this type of issues.

In this case, I suggest you to contact our support team as they can investigate this further. You can share the URL of this thread so you don’t need to rewrite everything.
It’d be also very helpful if you send them a screencast showing the issue on your mobile when you try to view PDF files.
