Allow type-to-search within single-select field values in the rule builder

When configuring a rule that references a single-select custom field, either as a trigger condition (“custom field is set to…”) or an action (“set custom field to…”), the value picker only lets you scroll the list. You can’t type to search.

This is inconsistent with how the same field works elsewhere. In a project’s list view, clicking into a single-select column lets you start typing to jump straight to the value you want. The rule builder should do the same.

It’s a real problem on fields with long option lists. I have single-select fields with dozens of values, and picking the right one inside a rule means scrolling the whole list every time instead of typing a few characters.

Request: add the same type-to-search behavior to single-select (and multi-select) value pickers inside the rule builder that already exists in the project column picker.

I’m tagging this thread consistency.

Would be also great in the intake form had the capability to search on custom fields with multiple values - I have a factory field that has a large number of factories alphabetically. Sometimes its easier to fill the factory field in for us when the form is submitted as it allows the type function to search for a specific name.
