I’m afraid I don’t have a solution to your specific request; I’m not sure that what you’re asking is possible with rules.
Depending on the nature of the task, I sometimes implement an alternative approach of just having a single task and tracking the history within it, either in subtasks or the Description. Then I just have a single task and maybe that allows some rules to be used or, if not, then it’s just one task to move around.

You can define the behavior of recurring tasks in your My Tasks section
When organizing tasks we usually use sections to categorize tasks for context in which they must be done, such as office, errands, meetings, etc.
We have recurring tasks in each context, but the way recurring tasks currently work, once marked as complete, a task reappears on the “Recently Assigned” section, and each time it must be re assigned to the appropriate section manually, this is annoying and affects productivity.

Combined with the fact that any new instance of a recurring task shows up in “most recently assigned” instead of the previously selected section makes recurring task a f***ing nightmare to work with
