I would love to see a project budget allow for different billing configurations. For instance, not all of my client projects are discrete and time-based projects with a one-time budget. Some are recurring billing clients with a certain number of hours per month. Toggl currently offers recurring hours at different time recurrence values for a project. This would be very helpful for Asana to have because I now need to create a new project for each month for a client whose hours renew monthly. I would rather not do that and just have one project but a recurring budget that also allows for overflow of unused hours from previous months.
