all my guest users are removed after a few days, why?

Hi there,

My organization is currently using Asana Starter. I have been creating guest accounts for our external providers; however, after a few days, these accounts are being automatically removed.

To be clear, neither the guests nor our admins are manually deleting these accounts. Is there a specific rule, permission setting, or seat limit associated with our license that might be causing this?
