Guest user lost access

Hello!

We usually add our client users as guest to Asana and this has worked well so far.

But now we have a user that we add as guest to a project and when they use the url we shared, they are redirected to a page asking them to upgrade their account.

We’ve removed them and added again, but the problem persists. We tried a different project and the same thing happens. We are lost on how to provide access to them. Other people in their organization are accessing the project as guests, with no issue at all.

Any ideas?
