AI Inbox Summary

Hi all,

I have a new feature in my Inbox which is an AI Inbox Summary of what happened in your Inbox for the last day, 3 days, week, or 2 weeks.

I think this is a super useful new feature for everyone who is dreading to look at their overflowing inbox.
The output I got so far was very well structured and gave me a great understanding of what happened in each task etc. Each update has a link to the respective task/project/goal etc. included as well which makes the navigation very easy as well.

The only thing I am struggling with: This has not been rolled out as a feature for everyone at my company (we have an Enterprise+ subscription). Has anyone here tested it yet? What do you think about it?
And does anyone know when this will be rolled out to all users?

I agree, I love this feature!
For example, so great, when you are back from a few days off, to have a nicely formatted summary of your inbox. :slight_smile:

The feature is not rolled out yet, and there is probably some A/B testing ongoing, that’s why you have it but not your colleagues.

Remarks: The feature is accessible via a button on top right, and I would advise to add a comment to the Product team to share that you like the feature.

Which shouldn’t prevent you from reading every single message :sweat_smile: but I know this is wishful thinking in many cases…

Hi everyone!

We’re excited to share that AI Summary in Inbox has now rolled out to 100% of eligible domains :tada:

This feature is available to users on Starter, Advanced, Enterprise, and Enterprise+ plans.

To access it, just click the three-dot icon (…) at the top of your Asana Inbox.

I don’t see the “Inbox AI summary” option when I click on the 3 dots. I have a premium account.

@Andrew_Dreger,

Is there any chance you’re on either a free plan, or a legacy plan (Premium, Business, legacy Enterprise)? If so, you won’t see this, as mentioned in two posts above.
