AI Help Chatbot Glitched Out?

Whats up with the broken chatbot as the only way to get support? My users cant get through, emails to support@asana.com are no longer monitored and the chatbot , being the only way to get support is stuck in an error loop. My user cant get help , as the Admin , I cant get help. This is a horrible experience.

Are you real or a bot because youre asking me to go back to the bot, which is broken and keeps saying “system error restarting” after I agree to the privacy policy. No mater what it just keeps going in a loop saying its encountered an error restarting. I shouldnt have to work to put in a support ticket.
