After removing the primary account from a team in Asana, all projects under the employee account became inaccessible and now show as 'Private link'; how can we retrieve access to these projects?

Hi Asana Support,

We recently started using Asana for our company and are gradually learning how to navigate its features. Our goal is to link all employee Asana accounts under one primary account for streamlined management.

I linked the employee account’s projects to two teams under the primary account:
Admin and Operations
Launch REI

Since two teams were unnecessary, I removed the primary account from the Admin and Operations team. However, this action caused all projects under the employee account in that team to become inaccessible, now showing as “Private link.”

The employee ASANA account has lost access to all her projects and associated tasks as well.

Could you please assist us in retrieving access to these projects? They are critical for our workflow
