Still looking for a good way to pull up all videos across an organization other than searching for video file extensions and “has attachment”

I’m manually doing now

Then putting into a separate project

Then going to “files” to view all vid thumbnails like my own little YouTube of the targeted files

You can create a custom field to indicate if the tasks have videos attached. Then you’ll be able to create an advanced search report of all tasks with this field.
