I renewed my annual advanced plan subscription 11 days ago and just noticed that all the rules have been disabled without an option to enable. Our team is attempting to get deadline related work done today using those rules. why did this happen and how do i get the rules turned back on today? I checked billing and we are active and current with advanced plan. it does say currently in trial period however i paid the annual subscription rate.
I know it’s urgent, but please try to follow the steps here.
Thank you. I did submit a support ticket before i submitted my request on this forum. I am frustrated because the subscription renewal process triggered no access to our entire account for a few days for our entire team, then now 11 days later all of our automations and rules are disabled. The customer service process is only via chatbot and submission of a support ticket and then you wait, and wait, and wait. May I request that Asana consider improving access to customer service support? thank you.

Yes i have reviewed the get support site. No I have not contact the sales team because the last time I did, they said they could not help and referred me back to submit a ticket
