Several projects were created by individuals who are no longer members of my orginziation. On projects where everyone else had “Comment only” access, how can I, as an administrator, unlock these projects?

Hi I believe the only way is to contact Asana Support for assistance.

As @Jason_Woods suggested, you can reach out to our support team providing the URL of these projects and the Teams they belong to and they will grant you edit access.

Hi Natalia,
Seems the further and further I go here, there is no way to deal with for deleted users’ data and issues like this without contacting support. Is there any plan to give admins full access so that things like this can be solved without contacting support?

+1, it would make our lives a lot easier if admins had the ability to manage pretty much anything—especially when cleaning up teams, projects and tasks created by past staff.
