Admin ability to run report on member permissions

My organization’s information security team would like us to run a report on members and guests to see what access they have to teams and projects. I understand that is not currently a functionality. Would it be in the future?

Alternatively, we could run a report on all private teams and projects to see who has access to them. AND we would like to run a report on all guest users to see what teams and projects they can access.

Since any member can add any member or guest to a team and/or project, it would be great to see who has access to what when audit time comes around.

With a combination of two tools I created, you might be able to do part of it → Overview and Guest Inspector

Those can be customized to your needs, let me know.
