A staff member inadvertently added a guest to the Team rather than to a project. I want to figure out if this has happened before. It seems as if the user admin page, where you see the list of guests, would let you drill down to see what projects/tasks/teams each guest has access to, but it doesn’t seem to do that. Is there a different way to audit guest access without going project by project?
Not that I know if. I have in mind a tool to do so though. Something like iDO Tools - Improve Asana with our tools and automations with a special filter on guests. Would that be useful for you?
YES!
Now you can with iDO Tools - Improve Asana with our tools and automations

Wow, really nice work (once again), Bastien!!
Well done!
Do I get a cookie for the 10.000th?
Yes; I’m projecting I’ll need to get you that cookie by late next week.
We often repeat ourselves with you Bastien : nice work (again!)
@Bastien_Siebman do you happen to help influence Asana to build this into their product rather than having to use your app? I’m hesitant to use a third party app to do something that IMO should be part of the existing product. Seems slick nonetheless!
FWIW, I agree that this (and many other of Bastien’s features) should be integrated, but I’ve had no problems using the third party integrations — I have to use three of them to accomplish what I want to accomplish.
@Mel_Mitchell1 i have no specific influence on my own, the community has influence though by sharing here and voting on requests
Thank you Damon! Do you mind sharing what other integrations you use?
Flowsana and bridge24
