adding new admin or super admin

My company has a Starter plan with 10 seats, the account was set up by someone who is no longer with the company. Now it seems as though there are no admins/super admins for our account.

One team member (who is the ‘billing owner’) does have access to the admin console, however it appears as though she is unable to change anyone else’s role.

From the admin console in her account, all the team member ‘Roles’ are listed as ‘Member’.

How can we change user roles such that there are other admins?

Is there only one admin allowed on a Starter plan with 10 seats?

I do not believe the Starter plan limits the number of admins. Your best bet would be to Contact Support and ask them to assign admin privileges to the billing owner.

Thanks for the quick response Jeremy - I’ve tried contacting support via the AI Chatbot, but it won’t allow me to do so as I don’t have an email that ends with a business address.

Hi @Stuart_Kaija, in that case, if the billing owner has an email at your company’s domain, then they should get in touch with Asana support and ask to make them the new Asana admin.
