Hi all! I’m trying to develop a rule that, when triggered, creates a new subtask with a variable due date and time based on a date custom field in the parent record. However, it appears that only the date carries over to the subtask, so the time has to be manually re-added (which is far from ideal).
The only current option for setting a variable time is to pick one static time slot for every iteration of that subtask–but if each parent record field has a unique time, this would not help and would instead create incorrect deadline data.
I think it would be great to have an option for the due date time to carry over between records as a variable as well (not just the date). Based on my post in the community forum yesterday, sounds like this feature does not currently exist. Hoping this is something that can be easily added!
