I’m trying to develop a rule that, when triggered, creates a new subtask with a variable due date and time based on the parent record. However, it appears that only the date carries over to the subtask, so we have to manually re-add the time (which is far from ideal). My only option for setting the variable time is to pick one static time slot for every iteration of that subtask–every parent record will have a different time, so this does not work for our needs.
Tried to dig in on this but couldn’t find any info that helped. Does anyone know if there is a way to have the due date time carry over between records as a variable? It seems an oversight to allow the date to do so but not the time… Thanks!
