Is there any way to automatically add subtasks to a task based on the selection of a field in the task?
For example, a drop-down field with ‘Does the customer require extra help?’ - ‘Yes’ or ‘No’. If ‘Yes’ is selected, additional subtasks are added to the task. Unsure if this is possible or not. Hopefully I’ve explained myself well enough. Any help would be much appreciated.
