We are using Asana as a ticketing system for our organization. Our internal team has licenses assigned for task management within those tickets. We want to be able to send progress update emails to the person who submitted a ticket from within the Asana task. All of these people are inside our organization with company email addresses. We do not want them to get a license, but emails sent through the Gmail integration include a link to the task, so if they sign in/up through that link, they are assigned a license.
