Our company currently owns an enterprise license. We have the back end for anyone with a .com or .org to occupy a seat.
Is there a way that when someone requests a seat via Asana, either a Super Admin or Admin has to approve them before they formally occupy a seat (license)? We keep going over our seat allowance and want to minimize the financial risk.
Hi @ebreidenbach , they only way to really control this is to ask your IT department to setup SAML for your Asana so everyone logs in using your own SSO (they will know what all this means). And since you are on Enterprise you should definitely take advantage of such features and admin control.
