Add-in not showing up in Outlook

Hello,

I have a client who is looking at this product, and they are having some issues getting the Add-In to show up in Outlook.

Outlook is 2016 Professional Plus and is running on a terminal server. The user I am working with is able to get the Outlook Web plugin working OK; just not the Outlook plugin.

I have gone through the installation steps multiple times, but always with the same result.

Any other ideas greatly appreciated.
