Add ability for Capacity Plan to be Exported

This is referring to the new January 2024 Capacity plan feature (available only to Enterprise). I would like to be able to export the capacity plan data to a csv file so I can use it in other features. Alternately, an API could work too!

Nope. Vote for the feature!

It of course would be super handy. Apis and third party tools work but built in support would make life way easier.
